Carmen we can’t begin to express how much an impact you had in our lives! You used to babysit Jay, you would make and bring soup to my Mother when she was sick, you taught me how to make Pernil and Sofrito and something we will definitely miss is your Pasteles every Christmas! Your gentle spirit and loving and giving presence will definitely be miss. Tears are rolling down my face as I am writing this because I know you are not physically here with us anymore but I know your family who passed before you and my Mother Dorothy are waiting at Heaven’s Gates with open arms to welcome you and give you all the hugs we can’t give you here. We appreciate everything your ever did for us and send our love, deepest condolences and prayers to everyone in the family. WE TRULY LOVE & MISS YOU!
