Premwattee (Jan) Kumar Born June 18, 1960 – Passed away February 19, 2026

Jan was a devoted wife to Vijay (Dave) Kumar and a loving mother to her son, Veshal. She was the cherished daughter of George and Leila Baijoo, and a dear sister to Mayo, Lilly, Mona, Nandani, Anand, and Vedanand. Jan was also a beloved sister-in-law to Sharmini, Sita, Motie, Bal, and Carl and proud aunt to 12 nieces and nephews, to whom she was fondly known as Mama Jan. She dedicated her life to caring for others, retiring as Assistant Head Dialysis Nurse at Mercy Medical Center, where her compassion and dedication touched many lives. Jan's warmth, kindness, and strength will be deeply missed by all who had the privilege to know her.
